Welcome to Lakehurst Pointe, Durham, NC. Lakehurst Point is a neighborhood of two story Transitional Style homes mostly built in the late 1990s with about a third built since 2000. The community has wooded buffers for privacy and natural beauty while Lakehurst lake is a prominent feature in the community. Most homes are brick front and vinyl sides. Many have 10+ foot ceilings and/or cathedral ceilings. Most are 2500 to 3500 SqFt with a deck and over 90% have a two car garage.
